Juneteenth West African Dance Celebration with Vado Diomande
In celebration of Juneteenth, a day recognized annually on June 19 to commemorate the full abolishment of slavery in the United States, we at Ailey Extension are pleased to present a FREE West African dance class with Vado Diomande. With live drumming, this class will dive into West African culture while teaching the fundamentals of traditional West African dance and rhythms.
