Come out and celebrate Juneteenth in the heart of Brooklyn! KowTeff is proud to offer our 13th Annual Juneteenth Celebration, FREE of charge to the community! Juneteenth is the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery in the U.S. This historic holiday is a time for rejoicing, reflection, renewal, and empowering the community. KowTeff brings an African Diaspora twist to Juneteenth that you don't want to miss! This year, the full-day festival also features a special commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Hip-Hop, with Grand Puba headlining KowTeff's signature Juneteenth Performance!
